Contract :
  1. Client Information Usage: Client information provided may be used by the developer solely for project development purposes. If the client is acting as a middleman (e.g., a student or intermediary), the information to be used should pertain to the actual end client of the middleman.
  2. No Service/Output First: Downpayment is necessary as it is the budget to start a project. Half payment / Full payment projects will always be prioritized and done within a week.
  3. No Confusions: Always provide clear instructions for projects to ensure productivity.
  4. Project Delivery: If you wish to receive 100% of the deliverables, a 100% payment is required before the final output is delivered to you in the agreed format.
  5. No Refunds: All sales are final; refunds or exchanges are not provided. Rush have additional fee.
  6. Termination: If client terminates the Agreement, the client shall remain obligated to pay the Service Provider for Services performed up to the termination date and for any approved, but unpaid, expenses incurred prior to termination. If the Service Provider terminates the Agreement, the Service Provider shall refund any amounts paid by the client for Services that have not been performed.
  7. Intellectual Property: You may modify the code, but are not permitted to distribute the software for sale unless the project contract ended.
